THE GAP - When Life & Image Don't Match
You've built an extraordinary life, my darling.You've built the business.The career.The family.The influence.The reputation.And yet...Every time you have somewhere important to go, you still stand in front of your wardrobe trying to figure out what to wear.Trying to figure out what would aptly communicate the woman you are, while still feeling elegant and comfortable.You still find yourself asking what everyone else is wearing.You find yourself scrolling through screenshots of your favourite influencers and Pinterest images looking for inspiration.You stand in front of the mirror trying on 15 different outfits, pulling your entire wardrobe apart.You buy new clothes every time there's an event, hoping one of them will suffice.You spend far too much time deciding if the black dress is apt or if the oversized set will give you the glamour you need.And then you spend another set of days deciding:What jewellery?What shoes?The peep toe?The sandal?Oh... the pumps don't look bad either.In the end, you're left with an array of options, get exhausted and simply pick whatever looks good enough.And that becomes exhausting.Because you start looking exactly like what happened:A version of yourself that was decided in a hurry.And gradually, the gap between the life you've built and how you show up keeps getting bigger and bigger.At some point, living beneath the life you've intentionally built starts to feel exhausting too.Because this isn't really about clothes.It's about the version of yourself you slowly become when you repeatedly leave how you show up to chance.You can't have a life full of intention and an image that feels random.And the scary thing is that one day of overthinking never stays one day.One event turns into another.One invitation turns into another.One year turns into another.And before you know it...It's another year shrinking in rooms you belong in.Another year starting from zero. Again.How many years will you spend negotiating with yourself every morning?At some point, you have to decide that this part of your life deserves the same level of intentionality you've given everything else.And perhaps the most frustrating part is that none of this should require this much brainpower.Because you're already building a business.You're already leading teams.You're already raising children.You're already managing responsibilities.And yet, every invitation somehow becomes another project to manage.You're asking your competence alone to carry work your image should be supporting.And every time you leave how you show up to chance, you spend unnecessary energy negotiating with yourself instead of embodying the woman you know yourself to be.Imagine being able to focus on building your business, your family and your responsibilities because you know this part of your life is already sorted.

The Art of You, as the name implies, is getting into everything YOU.My work begins by listening.I sit down with you and listen to the vision in your head.The woman you see.The woman you've quietly carried for years.Your personality.Your work.Your vision of you.Your body.Your preferences.Your life activities.I take everything that you are and all that you dream of being.And together, we build her into real life.We explore:How she feels.How she moves.How she dresses.The life she's building.The rooms she enters.The work she does.The perception she leaves behind.Because how you show up cannot be separated from the life you're building. So, we intentionally align all of that with how you show up, building around the life you already have.Because my love...Image doesn't start with clothes.It starts with embodiment.And embodiment starts with identity.My goal is simple.It isn't to create a different you.You're already there.It's to help you make fewer decisions without compromising how you show up.And to help you translate all that you are and hold dear into a way of showing up that feels like you.Because how you show up -being all that God has called you to be -should no longer be left to chance
THE EXPERIENCE
The Art of You is a one-on-one experience.This is 12 weeks.Virtual.Intimate.Intentional.Over the course of 12 weeks, we intentionally build how you show up around the life you already have.We sit down and understand:
• The woman you're carrying.
• The season you're in and the one you're stepping into.
• What still holds true and what no longer does.
• What you're now open to allowing.
• Who you want to be in this season.Then:We understand what your life actually consists of:
• The rooms you enter.
• The work you do.
• The activities that fill your life.
• The responsibilities you carry.
• The things that matter deeply to you.
• What your time allows.
• What deserves to be protected.
• The perception you want to leave behind.
And then we intentionally align all of that with how you show up.Because how you show up should support your life, not become another thing for you to manage.This isn't about becoming somebody else.It's about intentionally aligning the woman you know yourself to be with how you show up.Building around the life you already have.
